Taekwondo, meaning "the art of kicking and punching," is a general term used to describe Korea's national sport. We train in traditional Korean forms. We supplement these punches and kicks with self-defense techniques and overall endurance and flexibility training.



TaeKwondo Masters  are certified by the World Taekwondo Kukkiwon Federation.  The Styles Family: Master Ray, Master Cissy, Master Tobie and Master Michael are 4th Dan (Degree) Black Belts.  They live in Dawsonville and enjoy working and training together as a family.  Family and Community as very important to the Styles family and they enjoy teaching and learning new things.



In each Martial Arts class, you will learn how to harness your natural strength.  Not just the muscular variety, but the power that lies in your spirit and mind.  Classes are specifically designed to increase cardiovascular capacity, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.  They can provide an opportunity for weight loss and stress relief.  Martial Arts has been known to help those with ADD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and to help with focusing.
